I am a Child, adolescent & adult psychotherapist. I work with all age groups. We are all expected to make normal life changes that can be difficult for example, a school transition, change of job, relationship changes etc. These can be quite challenging to manage. Then we have the uncertainties that are happening all around us right now with the pandemic & global change. Life is full of many uncertainties & quite often this can cause us to feel as though we are out of control leading to anxiety & stress. I can help to manage the anxiety so that you feel back in control again enabling a much happier & fulfilled life.
My speciality is working with children & teenagers. I also work with families to enable better communication & to find effective ways to retain good emotional health throughout challenging times. I am a registered BACP & UKCP Clinical Supervisor & work with both trainees & fully qualified therapists.
