I’m a counselling therapist based in Hove, Brighton. I specialise in addiction but work with many other issues too including couples. I specialise in addiction issues & couples counselling using Imago dialogue as a pivotal technique to nurture listening, being heard & understood & valued. I have had issues with addiction all my life from childhood to adulthood hence my interest in this baffling, mysterious, cunning phenomenon. Core beliefs inform entrenched behaviours. What are yours?
