I'm a qualified and experienced Integrative & Short-term dynamic psychotherapist and supervisor based in Farnborough. I work with a range of conditions, my specialist areas are emotional neglect, anxiety, depression, attachment, trauma, addictions, anger, bereavement, personality disorders, chronic pain & CFS/ME. I'm offering to face to face appointments in Farnborough. I am also continuing to provide online appointments.
Our first session together will provide you with the opportunity to explore the difficulties that you are having, your treatment goals and how I can help you. The length of the treatment is up to you and this will depend on your treatment goals. I suggest that new patients have an initial 4 sessions to get a feel for the therapy.
I'm currently undergoing advanced training in Intensive Short-term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), an accelerated form of dynamic psychotherapy. This active approach focuses on processing emotional blockages and changing maladaptive response patterns which are responsible for symptoms such as anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties.
