Hi I'm Lianne Bole and I am a counsellor and psychotherapist, qualified to Masters Degree level. I work with individuals and couples in a quiet private location in Perton Wolverhampton. I also work with young people and children aged five and over. As a former teacher I understand the particular stresses that people working in education experience. I have experience in many areas of counselling including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work related issues, health problems, bereavement, stress, suicidal thoughts, attachment issues, abuse, anger management and family issues.
I believe that there are reasons why people behave and feel the way that they do. My aim is to help you to work through any difficulties that you may be facing so that you can move forward. This will help you to feel liberated from stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, past hurts, or whatever else you feel is holding you back.
If you feel you want to change things in your life, and perhaps stop feeling the way you do, I'd be happy to work with you. Everything will happen at your own pace. I don't dictate how things have to change, but listen to what you are going through and support you to work on what you want to alter in your life.
