Although difficulties arising from life transitions, sex and relationships are much more prevalent than most people think, only a few people can still share their struggles with others. Therefore, psychotherapy, psychosexual and relationship therapy offer a unique and confidential space to have those conversations with me, which means you can reach out for support in these areas regardless of your background, sexual preferences and relationship experiences.

Working integratively, I use different approaches depending on the needs of my clients. I believe that no two people are the same, and everyone responds to difficulties in uniquely different ways. Therefore I carefully and sensitively work with individuals and couples.

I understand how life and career changes, including relational and sexual issues, can affect you. With experience in working with individuals, relationships and couples, I offer a warm, safe space to explore what matters to you and support your healing and growth.
