My Speciality I specialise in trauma recovery, specifically supporting both men and women who have survived sexual abuse, childhood adversity, and relational trauma. My focus is on helping adults of all genders process the deep-rooted psychological and emotional impact of these painful experiences. This includes working through chronic low self-esteem,
I also closely support individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, and loss.
