Bodhi Therapy Nottingham
Psychotherapist, MSc, MUKCP
You are the only person who knows exactly how you feel, which means, you are the only one who knows when something is wrong. When something has happened, big or small, but enough to create feelings of anxiety, stress and depression, it can lead us to feeling isolated and alone. There is a human need to want to get back to that balance of a happy life and that change can only happen when you know and understand what is wrong and why. Sometimes we get so overwhelmed by a situation, current or historical, we cant seem to find a way out. But balance is achievable again, but sometimes we just need a little support to help us get there.
I am an experienced therapist who will help you press the pause button. This enables you to stop and be supported to explore how you are feeling and why. Becoming more aware will enable you to understand yourself and will give you the confidence to begin to make those changes you want, to build up a stronger, happier you.
I have worked with many people from different backgrounds, cultures and beliefs. My main priority is that as a client you feel heard and valued, feeling safe enough to share your story. To aid this, I offer free half hour consultation, with no obligation to commit to sessions, giving you the chance to meet me and where I work and ask any questions you have.
