I have been a Counsellor for over 30 years. My experience is wide and varied and I provide a safe place to talk about your situation in order to help you resolve your issues.
I have helped people to resolve issues from many different types of situations. Working in a project for abused women has given me an insight as to how much abuse happens without people realising it is abuse.
Taking those first steps to get support for yourself can be scary, I can’t promise that it will be easy but I have learnt from my many years of providing therapy, that giving ourselves the time and space to safely talk can enable us to grow and overcome the obstacles that life puts in our way.
