I am an accredited Integrative Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Counselling Supervisor with over a decade of private practice experience, based in Somerset. I work with young people, adults and couples navigating trauma, emotional intensity, relationship challenges or neurodivergence. I offer open-ended and structured, time-limited therapy, accept private and agency referrals, and provide supervision. Sessions are available face-to-face and UK-wide online.

I help individuals and couples with emotional regulation, trauma, relationship difficulties and neurodivergence. I specialise in BPD/EUPD, ADHD, Autism and chronic pain or fatigue, offering tailored therapy focused on insight, regulation and meaningful change.
