I am an Integrative Psychotherapist working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I offer a safe, judgement-free space for you to explore your experiences and feelings. It can be an ongoing issue that you or a young person has been suffering from, or, it may be a more recent concern. I am flexible and adaptable in my approach. I work with clients who have a wide range of experiences/difficulties, including; Sexual, Physical and Emotional Abuse, Anxiety & Depression, Suicide, Self-harm, Attachment difficulties, Addiction, Autism, Looked-After-Children, ADHD and Bereavement.
I am trained to work through a wide range of mediums including talking, play, drama and art. I have found that different methods suit each individual client and so we can explore together what works best for you. In addition, I am able to provide therapeutic groups and consultation and coaching for those working with vulnerable people.
I am an integrative therapist and I base my work on an empathic and boundaried foundation with a belief that a trusting relationship is crucial to any therapeutic progress. I believe that, as the client, you are the expert in your own experience and so your needs and wishes will always be held at the forefront of our work.
