I offer individual Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT) for Children, Adolescents and Adults who may be struggling with their day to day activities as a result of feeling low, anxious or stressed owing to relationships, school, education, anxiety disorders, intrusive thoughts and depression. Together we will establish the individual's goals for therapy and how they would like their life to be different.
