We are all unique and present different ranges of issues requiring highly tailored therapy. As a UKCP accredited, Clinical Integrative Psychotherapist, qualified (with Distinction), at MSc level. I work in a relational/humanistic way, offering myself, my knowledge, and life experience to an extensive range of clients, to encourage growth and healing. Commissioned to work with the Nottinghamshire Police, BAME Crown Prosecution Service, NHS, whilst supporting Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) and private patients with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma and grief, childhood trauma and relationship issues.

My choice to become a counsellor came from my own personal experience of struggle. After attending therapy and working with a counsellor to understand my own experiences, I recognised the power of talk therapy in helping people heal.

Alongside my private practice, for the last five years I have been working within the IAPT NHS service.

Sometimes during our lives we can experience anxiety, stress and depression. Maybe life has become difficult and we can’t cope, or have lost our direction? I work with individuals, offer couples counselling, and support people experiencing anxiety, depression and stress. In addition I also offer Anger Management support. You Need Not Struggle. You have the choice to work either face to face with your therapist in person at our private, comfortable office, or remotely via video or telephone. We offer male and female counsellors and have appointments from 3pm-7.30pm weekdays and Saturday mornings. I have been a qualified psycotherapist and counsellor for in the region of 30 years to 2020 and have, during this time worked with ages 5 and upwards both individually, as couples, groups and families. I have worked alongside local authorities social services, education establishments, foster agencies, Police, CAMH, Health Insurance companies, the NHS and others.
