Announcement icon I'm sorry, I am not able to take any more clients on at the moment.
Hello, I have enjoyed working as a Clinical Psychologist with adults since 1999 and have gained experience of working effectively with people with a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties, including anxiety, anger, mood difficulties, difficulties relating to ourselves and other people, trauma of all kinds, chronic illness and eating difficulties. I have specific training and a special interest in working therapeutically with gender diverse (trans), gay and bisexual people or those who belong to the kink or poly community (kink aware).
I offer one-to-one therapy from my peaceful room. After a period of getting to know you and understanding your difficulties we would devise an individual, psychological formulation led, treatment plan based on your preferences to help you reach your personal goals. My main therapeutic modalities are CAT, ACT, CFT, CBT and I am currently training in EMDR.
Therapy can be in person or via Skype (or similar). Sessions are typically weekly for an hour but less frequent is also possible. If you are wondering about personal therapy I would be very happy to speak on the phone to discuss your needs.
