They are often closely connected. Couple therapy deals with all kinds of problems: different levels of desire for sex and/or closeness, bad communication, fears, hostility, affairs... Sex therapy addresses issues like: erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, difficulities to or lack of orgasm, pain or vaginal spasm during intercourse, desire problems, sex addiction, sexual abuse, problems with gender identity, sexual orientation or preferences.
We will look at what is going on, your goals, needs and the changes you and potentially your partner could make to improve your situation. I will help you to identify and use your ressources to accomplish your goals. My broad training in different therapeutic approaches allows me to integrate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual issues as necessary.
