Hello, my name is Elaine and I am a Trauma therapist, specialising in treating Complex PTSD, and working with long-term, chronic health conditions. I have clinical experience working within an specialist NHS service treating complex and chronic health issues, such as: CFS/ME, Fibromyalgia, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and have also designed and implemented group therapy programmes within the NHS. Within my team at Birch Therapy Clinic we also have CBT specialists & Clinical Psychologists.
I work with a team of Psychotherapists and Psychologists, providing Psychotherapy, CBT & Trauma therapy throughout the UK. We provide a range of bespoke therapy services, including: • CBT Therapy and integrative psychotherapy • Trauma therapy & EMDR • Schema Therapy • Cognitive Analytic Therapy
