Life can be unpredictable and often things are put in our paths that have an impact on our psychological & Emotional wellbeing. Quite often we try to maintain a brave face and show the world that we can cope, but the reality is, when we ignore difficult experiences, feelings and thoughts they are trapped inside. Never really disappearing, they stay just in the background within continuing to impact our view of self & our world.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist I am able to utilise and combine different theories and interventions, this has many benefits to this approach, but the most important to know now is that working Integratively enables me to provide the very best therapy for You, a completely individual approach, for you.
