Working from a range of modalities and with extensive experience, I can help with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem or relationship difficulties. I have specialist knowledge in working with addiction and alcohol issues as well training and experience in working with OCD.

As an integrative therapist with a person-centred foundation I offer a safe and confidential space and listen and reflect as you begin and continue on a journey of self-development. I hold a diploma in therapeutic counselling and am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, working within that body's ethical framework.
I offer a free initial phone conversation which is a chance for us to explore what you are hoping to get from counselling and how I can help. If you then feel I would be the right therapist for you we will arrange the first 50 minute therapy session. There is no obligation to continue and you can end the therapy at any time.
