As an integral, person centred counsellor I offer safe, non-judgemental therapy. Working in-person or online and can help with anxiety, depression, anger and low self-esteem. I also have training and extensive experience in addiction recovery as well as OCD.
If appropriate, I offer focussed therapeutic work on specific trauma through EMDR, a treatment which enables the processing and healing of the scars left by disturbing events. Please call, text or email to arrange a free initial phone call or to arrange a consultation session.
As an integrative therapist with a person-centred foundation I offer a safe and confidential space and listen and reflect as you begin and continue on a journey of self-development. I hold a diploma in therapeutic counselling and am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, working within that body's ethical framework.
I offer a free initial phone conversation which is a chance for us to explore what you are hoping to get from counselling and how I can help. If you then feel I would be the right therapist for you we will arrange the first 50 minute therapy session. There is no obligation to continue and you can end the therapy at any time.
