With twelve years of experience working with clients who have sought to make sense of their life, I am able to help by walking alongside you in your journey, whether this is for a short while or longer-term. In our time together, we will uncover what lies behind your anxieties and try out strategies that may support you as you work through the challenges you are facing.
You may know what is specifically troubling you or may have a more general feeling of unease or dissatisfaction in your life that you would like to look at more closely. As an Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist, I draw upon a broad theory base and techniques in order to tailor-make the therapy to you and what you choose to bring.
