I’m an Integrative Counsellor and I provide highly specialist Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Person-Centred Therapy. Working as a short and long term counselling for Adult clients. I'm working face to face and online (via Zoom or Skype) I have helped many people overcome depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, social anxiety, OCD, PTSD, panic, phobias, relationship
I have worked with adults, adolescents and also as a primary school counsellor which have helped me to understand childhood experiences and how these earlier life difficulties affect adult life. Also, I have long experience working with clients suffering anxiety, OCD.
