Hello, I’m Bex.
I am a BACP Registered, Humanistic, Integrative Therapist based in Brighton working online and face to face. I see clients F2F in Brighton, Hove and Seaford.
I offer a compassionate, caring, active and affirming space where you can untangle the thoughts and feelings that may feel overwhelming.
How I work:
My practice is rooted in Humanistic and Integrative therapy. Which means I tailor our sessions to suit what you need, drawing on different modalities and tools.
Whether you’re feeling anxious or depressed, bereaved, exploring your identity, processing emotions, or seeking clarity on something.
I’m here to help you navigate what’s going on for you, with warmth, acceptance, authenticity and care. I work relationally, which means that the relationship and trust we build together, creates the safety and enables the work to happen.
I will accept you, just as you are in the present moment with no judgement.
Whatever is going on for you, whether you're feeling stuck, at a crossroads in life, grieving, stressed, low confidence, family issues, exploring an ADHD or Autism diagnosis, and what it means for you, navigating your identity, or a relationship breakdown.
I can help you untangle how you feel, to better understand and accept yourself.
