Are you experiencing concerns about your relationship? Have you been through a crisis such as the discovery of an affair, unmanageable conflict, or are just having a feeling that something doesn't feel quite right? Talking things through with a couples counsellor can help you gain a better understanding of unhelpful patterns in your relationship. If you are undergoing fertility treatment or experiencing fertility issues, I can offer support and therapeutic counselling. For those who have undergone fertility treatment which has been unsuccessful, counselling can be helpful to process the painful feelings of disappointment and loss.
Originally Relate trained , I am a relationship therapist with over 20 years experience of counselling couples and individuals who are experiencing relationship distress. My therapy can be helpful for those couples who are planning to separate and for individuals having to deal with the loss of a relationship through separation, divorce or bereavement.
I offer time limited or open ended work. My first meeting is a 90 minute initial consultation. I explore your relationship to obtain a full understanding of your concerns . with a view to offering you some understanding of what might be behind your struggle.If you are unsure about therapy you will not be under any obligation to commit to further sessions.
