Sometimes life can be challenging for a variety of reasons and talking things through with a trained professional can be life changing in many different ways. I can offer my experience and training to assist my clients through this process to reach the place they want to be. It is not always easy and requires commitment but the results can be enlightening and sometimes life changing.
With experience in the health sector, private practice (adults, young people and children) and working in schools I am well placed to help with a variety of difficulties that may arise in my clients lives today. I have helped many different clients over the years and at present am working with adults and young people.
It is never easy finding the right counsellor and also taking that first step when deciding to start counselling . I am always happy to talk through any queries my potential clients may have at an initial assessment session before making a commitment to continue, this helps both client and counsellor decide if they can work together.
