I am a fully qualified, experienced Counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I offer a professional service to support you in overcoming difficulties you may be experiencing in life. There may be many reasons why you feel you need to access some extra help other than talking to family and friends, Counselling will provide time and space for you to be listened to when you need it most. I will provide you a safe, confidential, non-judgemental ethical space working alongside you to identify and focus on your concerns moving towards understanding, acceptance and a changed outlook on life.
I have experience of working with adults with a wide range of issues including: Suicidal thoughts, self-harm, depression, anxiety and stress, work related problems, relationship problems, addictions, personality disorders, dissociation and trauma. I also work as a School Therapist with children & young people who have experienced trauma and neglect
I adhere to the Ethical Code of the BACP to ensure safety and standards. I continue my professional development through my client work, clinical supervision and regular on-going training. I am DBS checked.
