I like to work with clients who are aware that they want to make changes in their lives: they may not yet know what the change looks like, but are willing to explore options in a compassionate and supportive environment. Goals will be agreed each session to ensure focus and a sense of achievement for us both
I have experience of working in businesses and for myself: I have a broad range of life experience as well as 20 years working with clients who are surviving personal trauma and loss.
