For people who are wanting to understand themselves, other people and the relationships they have, this group explores the nature of personality and how to be authentic. Over 12 weekly meetings you'll learn about communication, life script, games and how to break out of the unhelpful patterns you created to make meaning of your life until now. Please note, that you will think, feel and behave differently after this programme, and your relationships with other people may change as a result! Up to 8 in the Group, we'll meet on Zoom for 2 hours each week

You've lived with the aftermath of sexual violence for some time. You may be able to talk about the trauma and how it has affected you; or you may never have talked about it. You may already know that you are not alone, and that others have their own version of the scar you bear; or you may be willing to find others now to be with you on your journey to recovery. In this group, we will support you on your journey wherever you are in the process of healing: from surviving to thriving
