What the client brings to the session is the most important to me; the significance of this speaks volumes about what is going on for them and how they wish to work with it. Sometimes it takes time to understand this issue before we move forward but, in my opinion, understanding ourselves and how our minds function is the most important part of therapy.
I believe that sometimes we all need a helping hand to cope with life’s challenges.
