Hello, I am Beverley, a fully qualified therapist and registered BACP member. I understand that life can sometimes be challenging with its setbacks, traumas and losses, these life experiences can impact on us in more ways than we realise. I provide a safe and confidential space where your experiences, thoughts and feelings can be voiced, heard and explored enabling you to make sense of your situation. A warm, welcoming and non-judgemental approach will enable you to reflect on the difficulties you are experiencing and empower you to find new ways of working to improve your wellbeing and sense of purpose.
I am an Integrative Therapist which means I use several interventions such as Person Centred, Gestault, CBT Therapy. My specialities include help with Bereavement, Anxiety, Depression, Low Self Esteem and Coping Skills. I offer a free 15 minute no obligation telephone consultation, you can ask any questions then decide if I am the right person to help you.
The counselling sessions are tailored to your individual needs by integrating various counselling approaches, drawing on my training, experience and techniques. I provide a safe, warm and therapeutic space that is unique to you and your individual needs. I value and respect diversity; I am passionate about working with you on your journey and empowerment.
