About

I like to work with clients who are aware that they would like to make changes in their lives: they may not yet know what the change looks like, but are willing to explore options in a compassionate and supportive environment. They are interested to learn more about themselves and others; willing to accept that they many need to let go of some old patterns of thinking, feeling and doing in order to live the life they want for themselves. They are committed to their personal growth and willing to meet regularly over Zoom to achieve their goals. Goals will be agreed each session to ensure focus and sense of achievement for us both
I have experience of working in businesses and for myself: I have a broad range of life experience as well as 10 years working with clients who are surviving personal trauma and loss. I listen intently, bringing kindness, empathy, gentle challenge and genuine support to meet my client's wish for understanding, connection, problem-solving and repair
I offer you an opportunity to be heard, seen and understood as the unique person you are, with all your qualities, flaws, ambitions, regrets, shame, resilience and despair. Life can be difficult to navigate sometimes, and psychotherapy can make all the difference to finding your way forward. Call me in confidence to take the first step to being you

Personal Development Group 2022

For people who are wanting to understand themselves, other people and the relationships they have, this group explores the nature of personality and how to be authentic. Over 12 weekly meetings you'll learn about communication, life script, games and how to break out of the unhelpful patterns you created to make meaning of your life until now. Please note, that you will think, feel and behave differently after this programme, and your relationships with other people may change as a result! Up to 8 in the Group, we'll meet on Zoom for 2 hours each week

Therapy group for Survivors of Sexual Violence

You've lived with the aftermath of sexual violence for some time. You may be able to talk about the trauma and how it has affected you; or you may never have talked about it. You may already know that you are not alone, and that others have their own version of the scar you bear; or you may be willing to find others now to be with you on your journey to recovery. In this group, we will support you on your journey wherever you are in the process of healing: from surviving to thriving
