Using evidence-based CBT alongside a warm, collaborative approach, I support clients to develop new perspectives, build resilience and create positive change.
I offer CBT for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, low confidence and emotional difficulties. My approach is warm, collaborative and tailored to each individual, helping you understand unhelpful patterns, develop effective coping strategies and create meaningful change. I also offer relaxation-focused sound therapy to support wellbeing.
