Are you looking for help with a relationship? Perhaps you have tried everything and nothing has worked and now you're feeling increasingly desperate and have no idea what to do next. Are you dealing with this situation on your own with no-one to talk to about how YOU feel? Facing another day trying to work it out impacting other relationships and work as you can't seem to concentrate on anything else. Counselling can help you to form healthy relationships, look after yourself better and feel more confident in many ways about the relationships you choose.
I am a counsellor with over ten years of experience and I help individuals work on their relationships. Having a corporate background in finance I am used to a stressful workplace and how it can manifest in workplace relationships. I have experience of working with people affected by domestic abuse and I manage a counselling service in a secondary school.
From my own experience I know how difficult it can be choosing a counsellor and especially if you are new to this process and looking to access counselling for the first time. Like many counsellors, I offer a 15 minute call to discuss any questions you may have about starting counselling with me.
