I am a Play Therapist with many years of experience supporting children emotionally and educationally, primarily within school settings. Having worked as a Family Support Worker and as a Learning Support Assistant for over 10 years, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges children and families may face. I create warm, safe, and nurturing environments where children can express themselves, process emotions, and build resilience through play. Based in Fleet, I work with children aged 4–13 and have extensive experience supporting those with ADHD, Autism , anxiety, and emotional regulation difficulties.

I work closely with families and schools to provide consistent support, ensuring every child feels understood. Each session is tailored to the child’s individual needs. I help children explore their emotions, develop coping skills, build confidence, while also guiding families with strategies to support their child at home and school.

I understand how worrying it can be to see your child struggling with emotions or behaviour. Every child is unique, and through play therapy, I offer a space where they can be heard, feel understood, and grow at their own pace. I would be honoured to guide and support them on their journey towards emotional wellbeing, self-confidence, and resilience.
