Life is rarely straightforward and sometimes we need help to unpick areas that are beginning to feel problematic - anxiety, depression, low mood, self-doubt, overwhelm can all be challenging. Dealing with life events such as menopause, workplace burnout, sexual or gender identity can all lead to us not knowing where to turn. Working as an integrative therapist means that I use my knowledge to draw on person-centred and psychodynamic therapeutic theories and apply them to our work, ensuring that you feel fully supported as we journey through our sessions together enabling you to better understand your behaviours and to make effective change.
Working in a human, kind and emotionally supportive way is at the heart of each session. Together we'll explore your thoughts and feelings, gently uncovering the challenges you face and exploring ways in which you can develop effective coping strategies.
