I work with neurodivergent children, teenagers and adults, as well as parents navigating the challenges that can come with it. This might include anxiety, low mood, school avoidance (EBSA), or feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward.

I’m a qualified therapist working with both children and adults. My approach is gentle, person centred and flexible, adapting to your needs and pace.
Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience as a parent of autistic and ADHD young people, as well as a background in teaching. This helps me support both individuals and families.
With over 14 years’ experience working with children, I understand how important it is to feel safe, supported and truly heard. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space for children and adults, where you can gently explore what’s going on and begin to move forward at your own pace.
