I'm a qualified, full-time counsellor offering both face to face & remote sessions. I recognise that reaching out can be daunting & respect the importance that the relationship between yourself and your therapist holds. I therefore offer an initial, free, exploratory chat prior to choosing to start sessions. I offer a professional, yet empathetic & non-judgemental space, and come with both lived and professional experience. I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds and experiencing a breadth of reasons for wishing to attend. I am passionate about services being accessible and offer concessionary rates for certain groups.
I truly believe in the transformation that counselling can encourage when clients are engaged in the process. I place you at the core of this, recognising that your experiences are individual and specific to you, and that with an understanding of your frame of reference I can collaboratively help you move toward the future you want.
Whilst coming with a belief that you know your lived experience best, I am known for my curious, analytical, yet empathetic approach. This allows us to broaden discussion and understanding at a deeper level. I do this in a warm, non-judgemental way, that is personal, professional, and intuitive; striving to always provide a space you feel safe within.
