Making a real human connection is powerful and it's how I love to work: meeting people like you exactly where you are at, and working compassionately with whatever you bring to therapy. As a qualified Integrative Counsellor I offer a warm, empathetic and non-judgmental space for you to explore what is going on at a pace that works for you. I draw on a variety of counselling techniques and styles to offer you bespoke support to overcome obstacles in your life and develop greater clarity. Maybe there's something you've been holding onto for a long time, or perhaps you just need to explore your thoughts safely. I'm here for you.
Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in charities supporting vulnerable adults and children. I have experience working with issues such as grief and loss, low mood, anxiety, sexual trauma, childhood abuse, work-related stress, low self-confidence, relationship problems, attachment and spiritual crises in both short and longer-term counselling.
I provide a calm and safe space to work through whatever difficult feelings, emotions and behaviours are troubling you. I love to work together with clients to process experiences from the past and present, to explore ways to move forward and to find healing and wholeness. I will do everything I can to support you to get the most out of counselling.
