I’m Bethan, a qualified integrative psychotherapist (MBACP). At 25, I bring both professional training and a deep, long-standing passion for counselling that has been developing for many years. I’ve spent the past seven years studying at university to become a counsellor, gaining extensive theoretical knowledge alongside practical experience. While I may appear young, the depth of my training and my commitment to this work are grounded in years of learning, reflection, and hands-on experience with people at different stages of life.
I offer counselling to adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low mood, low confidence and self-esteem, suicidal ideation, bereavement, dementia, family dynamics, relationship challenges, and experiences of abuse. I work integratively meaning that I draw on a range of therapeutic techniques to suit individual needs.
At the heart of my practice is a collaborative relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect. I don’t see therapy as something “done to” you, but as a journey we take together — supporting you to reconnect with your strengths, develop resilience, and move towards greater balance and self-understanding.
