It’s about helping you hold yourself - gently, honestly, together.
I work with adults navigating trauma, burnout, identity wobbles, emotional overload, grief, or that gut-deep sense that something’s off. You don’t need perfect words or polished pain. Just bring what’s real even if it’s raw. I’ll meet you there.
