I work with a number of issues within the space, taking a trauma-informed focus to my practice, which supports my work with clients who have experienced negative experiences including PTSD and trauma. I am currently studying and researching PTSD and diet as an MSc student of psychology and take a blended approach to my work. Having worked as a nutritionist for ten years, I am passionate about working with clients with eating disorders, including, but not limited to binge eating disorder.
As a Integrative Counsellor I use a variety of schools of thought within the theraputic space to tailor therapy to the needs of my clients. I use an existentialist approach to therapy, which supports my clients in deepening their understanding of themselves, their motivations, desires, and goals.
