I practice Child-Centred Play Therapy with children aged 3–13 experiencing emotional, behavioural, or relational difficulties affecting their wellbeing at home, school, or in relationships. Children may come to therapy following trauma, anxiety, loss, family changes, abuse, neglect, emotional regulation difficulties, or neurodevelopmental differences. I also support care-experienced and adopted children.
A developmentally aligned approach enables children to make sense of their world and develop healthier ways of coping. I provide a safe, trusting space where children can communicate through play and words. They are able to explore their emotions and experiences, build confidence, develop resilience, and discover their unique strengths.
I value working collaboratively with parents and carers, recognising the important role they play in supporting their child's emotional wellbeing and therapeutic progress.
