I am an integrative therapist, working online and face-to-face. I offer a safe, confidential space for you to explore yourself and your experiences. Perhaps you have struggled for years, or more recent experiences have brought up challenges for you. Together we will address your own unique strengths and struggles, personality and history, whilst keeping in mind that our experiences are also shaped by our social, cultural and economic circumstances.
I will support you in your own process, not by giving you answers, but by asking questions, noticing, exploring and experimenting with what hinders and helps you. I bring qualities of gentleness and patience, responsiveness and challenge, to meet you in a way that is informed by my therapy training, but which is grounded in authentic human relating.
