I am a qualified and registered counsellor and I currently offer face to face, as well as online or telephone sessions. I utilise, person-centred, CBT and psychodynamic therapy. I tailor the therapy to meet the needs and issues of the client. I provide confidential, non- judgemental therapy for adults, and family support including children. I have experience working with bereavement, grief and loss, including infant loss, building self-confidence within adults & children's well-being, stress, anxiety, depression and anger management.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor, I am also a qualified Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapist.
