Thank you for visiting my profile. My name is Bernie and I am a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist. I am a registered accredited member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy MBACP (Accred). I work with both adults and children. I have several years experience of working with individuals face to face, over the telephone and online. I offer a safe, confidential, calming space to enable you to reflect and process your thoughts and feelings. A place where your story can be heard, listened to and held.
I have experience of working with self-harm, suicidal ideation, neurodivergence, loss, bereavement, grief, attachment, trauma, anger, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, work related issues, low self-esteem, confidence, social isolation, guilt, shame, worthlessness, trust issues.
