Hello, my name is Bernadette and I’m a trauma informed integrative therapist.
I know that it’s sometimes difficult to reach out for help. Counselling is a way to explore things which can be painful or difficult to share and this can help ease their impact and build new understanding and possibilities.
My practice is warm and non-judgemental and your trust and sense of safety will be at the heart of our work together, as you better understand recurring behaviours, thoughts and feelings or deal with the challenges that life has thrown at you. I create a space where people feel seen, heard and validated.
I work in a compassionate and collaborative way so you can begin to make sense of your experiences. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or the lingering effects of trauma, I support you in exploring the thoughts, feelings and patterns that may be holding you back.
