I’m Bernadette, a warm and down to earth therapist offering online sessions for people who feel stuck in repeating relationship patterns that keep repeating, no matter how hard they try to change them. Many of my clients are people who burnout supporting others, or carry more than their fair share. You might feel emotional overwhelm or stuck in old patterns. Together, we work gently and steadily to understand what’s happening beneath the surface of your feelings. This helps you ease emotional strain, understand yourself more clearly, and feel more grounded and connected in your day to day life.
I specialise in relationship patterns, family trauma, and supporting carers. I help people break long standing emotional cycles, reduce overwhelm, and reconnect with who they are beneath the pressure. My work is steady and relational, offering space to explore identity, boundaries, and the impact of carrying too much for too long — often for years
