Hello, I am Alice. I am a registered Psychologist and CBT therapist. I am experienced in Mindfulness and third wave CBT developments such as ACT. I work primarily with adults 18+ and couples. I specialise in the treatment of Stress and Anxiety disorders (such as OCD, PTSD, Panic, Perfectionism, Social Anxiety and Impostor Syndrome); Depression and Bipolar Disorder; Trauma and relationship problems. I also help clients to achieve the life they want to live through self development and working on living their values.
I have over 20 years experience of working in Public Health Service, Charities and in Private Practice both in the UK and in Italy. I can help to identify unhelpful behavioural and thinking pattern that are stopping you for living the life you want to live; to manage stress and anxiety issues or to escape the deeps of depression.
You can expect a therapy that is both practical and reflective, delivered with empathy, collaboration and compassion in a non judgmental way. I firmly believe in the power of a good therapeutic relationship to maximise the benefits of psychological techniques. Therapy is a journey of self discovery and self improvement.
