I offer both face to face and telephone counselling and I work with adults, couples, teenagers and children. I have extensive experience in the areas of mental health, bereavement, self-harm, trauma, addiction and family/school/behavioural issues. I enjoy working creatively and can integrate many different aspects dependant on your individual needs.
Life can throw a curve ball at any single one of us, impacting heavily on the entirety of our well-being. At the core of my therapy work is the belief that everyone has the right to live a life they truly love.
