Welcome - I offer face to face, online and telephone counselling for anxiety, depression and trauma to adults and young people. I am experienced in supporting people to understand themselves better; work through life experiences; identify needs and how to get them met in ways that support a greater sense of wellbeing. I can help to empower you to find your own answers to life's problems. I work flexibly to help you in your process of gaining clarity and deeper understanding, enabling you to find solutions and make decisions to move forward in your life. I am also a qualified Counselling Supervisor.
I use an integrative model which incorporates, Person Centred, Gestalt, CBT, Transactional Analysis (TA), IFS and Transpersonal theories. This enables me to help you explore and make sense of your thoughts, feelings and what is felt in your body so that you can identify your needs and how to get them met in a way that is right for you.
How you feel matters, so deciding whether counselling therapy will help is a big step. I aim to work creatively and tailor sessions to suit your needs in a way that feels comfortable and right for you. I offer empathy and understanding in a non-judgemental and a safe space, enabling you to explore your needs and concerns to gain greater understanding.
