I can help you uncover old wounds, damaging beliefs and self concepts, and by creating a space where you can just talk. I sometimes can offer skills and strategies, exercises, and challenges to test out whatever we are working on. I have helped previous clients better see what is right infront of them so they could make healthier decisions for themselves.
I bring over 2000 hours of client experience to the table. I can see clients online via video and telephone, with daytime and evening spots available.
