With a wealth of experience and success in working with those who struggle managing their relationships, I can help you make your relationships work for you, and go from unhealthy to healthy. I'm not limited to just working with relationships, I have also spent lots of time working with anxiety, low mood, childhood, and multiple other factors of life.

I provide a safe, caring space for you to process your emotions, where you can talk about anything that you feel is holding you back, bothering you, or deserves recognition. I'm an integrative counsellor who mainly uses a person-centred approach, as well as using some parts of gestalt therapy to bring it all together, meaning you decide what we talk about.

Payment Methods

Bank transfer

Face-to-Face sessions cost £55 per session, online sessions cost £45 per session, and phone sessions cost £40 per session. Couples counselling is at a total of £75 per session. All of these payments are made by bank transfer.
